Sale/Share: We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising. If this ever changes, we will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and update this Policy.
You provide: contact details; trip details (addresses, dates/times, passenger notes, luggage/child‑seat needs); flight numbers; payment/billing info (we do not store full card numbers or CVV); communications (email, forms, SMS, WhatsApp).
Automatic: IP, device/browser type, pages viewed, referrer/UTM, cookie identifiers, coarse location.
Third parties: dispatch/booking platforms (e.g., Limo Anywhere), payment processors (e.g., Stripe/Square or equivalent), affiliates/partners when arranging rides outside our direct coverage.
Sensitive personal information: used only to provide the service, ensure safety/fraud prevention, comply with law, and maintain records—not for targeted advertising or to infer characteristics.
EEA/UK legal bases: contract performance; legitimate interests (safety, improvement, security); consent (cookies/marketing); legal obligations.
We disclose personal information to service providers/processors (dispatch/booking, payment processing, email/SMS, cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tools), to affiliates/partners necessary to fulfill a trip, for legal/compliance reasons, and during business transfers (e.g., merger). We bind processors with written agreements and prohibit use for their own purposes.
Automated decision‑making: We do not engage in automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
We use strictly necessary, functional, and analytics cookies; limited marketing measurement may be used. Manage cookies in your browser and (if shown) our cookie banner. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time.
Card payments are handled by PCI DSS–compliant processors. We receive tokens/confirmations and limited billing info. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
Booking and payment records are retained as long as needed for operations and legal/tax obligations (typically up to 7 years). Analytics data may be retained up to 26 months. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de‑identify it.
Depending on your state (e.g., CA, CO, CT, UT, VA), you may request to access, correct, or delete personal information; receive a portable copy; and opt out of certain processing (e.g., targeted advertising, sale/share—none currently).
