Sale/Share: We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising. If this ever changes, we will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and update this Policy.

2) Information We Collect

You provide: contact details; trip details (addresses, dates/times, passenger notes, luggage/child‑seat needs); flight numbers; payment/billing info (we do not store full card numbers or CVV); communications (email, forms, SMS, WhatsApp).

Automatic: IP, device/browser type, pages viewed, referrer/UTM, cookie identifiers, coarse location.

Third parties: dispatch/booking platforms (e.g., Limo Anywhere), payment processors (e.g., Stripe/Square or equivalent), affiliates/partners when arranging rides outside our direct coverage.

Sensitive personal information: used only to provide the service, ensure safety/fraud prevention, comply with law, and maintain records—not for targeted advertising or to infer characteristics.

3) How We Use Information

  • Provide quotes, bookings, flight tracking, dispatch, and customer support.
  • Process payments, deposits, and pre‑authorization holds.
  • Communicate about rides, delays, receipts, and policy updates.
  • Improve and secure our sites/services; detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

EEA/UK legal bases: contract performance; legitimate interests (safety, improvement, security); consent (cookies/marketing); legal obligations.

4) How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information to service providers/processors (dispatch/booking, payment processing, email/SMS, cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tools), to affiliates/partners necessary to fulfill a trip, for legal/compliance reasons, and during business transfers (e.g., merger). We bind processors with written agreements and prohibit use for their own purposes.

Automated decision‑making: We do not engage in automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

5) Cookies & Tracking

We use strictly necessary, functional, and analytics cookies; limited marketing measurement may be used. Manage cookies in your browser and (if shown) our cookie banner. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time.

6) Payments

Card payments are handled by PCI DSS–compliant processors. We receive tokens/confirmations and limited billing info. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

7) Data Retention

Booking and payment records are retained as long as needed for operations and legal/tax obligations (typically up to 7 years). Analytics data may be retained up to 26 months. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de‑identify it.

8) Your Privacy Rights (U.S.)

Depending on your state (e.g., CA, CO, CT, UT, VA), you may request to access, correct, or delete personal information; receive a portable copy; and opt out of certain processing (e.g., targeted advertising, sale/share—none currently). You may also limit the use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (CA) — we already restrict SPI to service, safety, fraud prevention, and compliance.

Submit a request: info@jiberialimoservice.com or +1 (732) 740-2117 . We may verify your identity and will respond within legal timeframes. You may designate an authorized agent (CA). If we deny a request (VA/CO/CT), you can appeal by replying “Appeal” to our decision email.

Nondiscrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Legal bases: contract performance; legitimate interests (safety, improvement, security); consent (cookies/marketing); legal obligations.

International transfers: Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (where applicable). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10) Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

11) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, least‑privilege, monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12) Third‑Party Links

Our sites may link to third‑party websites/services. Their privacy practices are not covered by this Policy.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. The “Effective date” above shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified to you.
