1. Agreement
By booking, paying for, or using our services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to reservations made through our website, by phone/text/email, through affiliates, or via corporate accounts.

2. Definitions
“Transfer” means a point‑to‑point ride. “Hourly/Charter” means as‑directed service billed by time. “Free Wait Window” means the complimentary wait time stated in Section 7. “Base” means our Old Bridge, NJ location for garage‑to‑garage billing.

3. Nature of Service
We provide professional chauffeured ground transportation via our fleet and carefully vetted affiliates. You enter a direct service agreement with Jiberia Inc. We operate under applicable licensing, insurance, and safety standards.

4. Vehicle Classes
• Sedan: up to 3 passengers / 3 standard bags
• SUV (Premium / First Class): up to 6 passengers / 6 standard bags
• Sprinter/Van: by request via vetted partners
Vehicles are subject to availability; equivalent or upgraded vehicles may be dispatched at no extra cost. Specific models/colors are not guaranteed.

5. Quotes, Rates & Surcharges
Quotes are estimates and exclude tolls, taxes, airport fees, parking, city/congestion fees, and other government‑imposed charges in effect at time of service. Fuel or seasonal surcharges may apply. Hourly/Charter trips are billed **garage‑to‑garage from Base** in **30‑minute increments** unless stated otherwise.

6. Gratuity
A 20% chauffeur gratuity is added to every reservation. Adjustments can be requested prior to final confirmation.

7. Complimentary Wait Time
Airport pickups (with flight info provided): **30 min domestic / 60 min international** from actual gate arrival.
Non‑airport pickups: **15 min** from scheduled pickup time.
After the Free Wait Window, wait time is billed at the booked vehicle’s hourly rate in **30‑minute increments**. Early pickup requests before arrival time are subject to additional wait/parking charges.

8. Overtime, Extra Stops & Route Changes
Pre‑arranged stops within 5 miles of the route: **$35 each** (includes 10 minutes). Additional time is billed as wait time. Unplanned stops, extended detours, or mileage beyond the itinerary are billed by time and distance or as hourly overage.

9. No‑Show Policy
If the chauffeur arrives and attempts contact (call/text) and the passenger fails to appear within the Free Wait Window, the trip is charged **100%** as a No‑Show plus incurred parking/wait charges. If you instruct the chauffeur to depart after arrival, charges apply as a No‑Show or late cancellation.

10. Cancellations & Changes
**Transfers (Airport / Point‑to‑Point)**
• Free: **≥ 24 hours** before pickup.
• **50%**: **< 24 hours**.
• **100%**: **< 12 hours** or after driver is en‑route.

**Hourly / Charter**
• Free: **≥ 24 hours** before pickup.
• **100%**: **< 24 hours** on peak/holiday/event dates or for specialty vehicles.

One rebooking may be granted **≥ 24 hours** in advance, subject to availability. All times are **Eastern Time**.

11. Payment, Authorizations & Invoicing
A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm any booking. You authorize Jiberia to place a **pre‑authorization hold up to 125%** of the estimated fare. The final charge reflects actual time, distance, tolls, fees, stops, wait time, cleaning, and damage (if any). Holds are released by your bank per its policy. We do not accept cash. The cardholder must be present or provide a signed Card Authorization with photo ID. Refunds (when due) are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Approved corporate accounts may receive Net‑15 or Net‑30 invoicing; late balances accrue **1.5%** monthly where allowed by law.

12. Baggage, Capacity & Safety
Passenger and luggage loads may not exceed safe capacity. Seatbelts are required for every occupant. The chauffeur may decline unsafe loading or conduct that risks safety. Follow chauffeur instructions at all times.

13. Pets, Service Animals & Child Seats
Service animals are permitted. Pets must ride in secure carriers; a **$50** cleaning fee may apply if necessary. Child seats are available at **$25 per seat** and must be requested in advance. Installation and proper use remain the parent/guardian’s responsibility.

14. Cleaning & Damage Fees
• Standard detailing: **$50**
• Bio‑cleanup (spills, vomit, etc.): **$300**
• Smoking remediation (see §15): **$250**
Actual repair/replacement costs and any vehicle downtime may also apply.

15. Conduct, Alcohol & Smoking
Smoking or vaping is prohibited in all vehicles (remediation fee **$250**). Alcoholic beverages are allowed only where lawful and pre‑approved. We may refuse or terminate service for intoxication, abuse, threats, or any illegal behavior. You are responsible for all damage or cleaning charges caused by you or your party.

16. Airport & Flight Monitoring
Provide accurate flight details to enable monitoring. We may adjust pickup times for early/late arrivals when possible; parking and wait charges beyond the Free Wait Window still apply. For curbside or meet‑and‑greet procedures, follow your confirmation instructions.

17. Affiliates & Subcontractors
We may assign your trip to a vetted affiliate that meets our licensing and insurance standards. Jiberia remains your contractual provider and is responsible for billing and support.

18. Force Majeure & Traffic Delays
We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including traffic, weather, mechanical failure, accidents, road closures, government restrictions, or strikes.

19. Lost & Found; Personal Property
Personal property left in vehicles is at the passenger’s risk. As a courtesy, found items are logged and stored for up to **30 days**; shipping/handling charges apply for returns.

20. Unaccompanied Minors & Restricted Items
We do not transport unaccompanied minors under **16**. Passengers aged **16–17** require written guardian consent. Firearms, explosives, hazardous materials, and illegal substances are prohibited except for authorized law enforcement officers with credentials.

21. Accessibility
Upon request, we make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs consistent with vehicle capabilities and applicable law. Please advise us of requirements at booking.

22. Chargebacks & Billing Disputes
You agree not to file a chargeback without first contacting Jiberia to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may incur administrative or collection fees after documentation is provided. Disputes must be raised with our billing team promptly.

23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (missed flights, lost opportunities, etc.). Pickup/drop‑off times are estimates, not guarantees.

24. Privacy

25. Governing Law & Venue; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the **laws of the State of New Jersey**. Disputes will be resolved through good‑faith mediation or arbitration; if unresolved, the **state or federal courts of Middlesex County, New Jersey** have exclusive jurisdiction and venue, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

26. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with a new Effective Date.
